I went there through appointment which was scheduled two days before, which i think was biggest mistake to do business with sears auto.My car was kept for more than 6 hours as the store was waiting for parts from their vender and whenver i asked them about pending work ,i just got same reply to wait 5 mins .i spent more than $1300 today and wasted more than 6 hours .On top of it there was no bad service recovery .Based on my current experience i will never go to any sears although i bought one year allignment plan too which is waste because i don't want to waste another 5 or 6 hours for any service from sears auto .
