My vehicle has been serviced by Sears since 2008. The most part basic work, oil changes tires etc..

had an over heating issue 2x they repaired the first one the wrong way. Will not accept the responsibility for the second trip back for a similar issue, which has cost me time, and money to the tue of $6000.00.

The result was a insult of less than $400.00 return for the poor service and lack of follow up, on both managers and techs.This was a 3 week adventure for me. I had it towed three times over 5 months to them and then finally to the dealer where they researched and fixed the issue after my engine was dead of course.

Monetary Loss: $2500.
