I got my brakes fixed at a NJ location and the guy told me I was lucky I brought it in when I did because I only need to change my brakes, not my rotors. I agreed to the price and they changed the brakes.

A few weeks later, brakes started squeaking. I brought it back and they said they fixed it and that it was salt dust (winter time). It was fine for a few weeks and then it started squeaking again and I asked to speak to a manager. He said that it is because only the brakes were changed and not the rotors.

I told him what my initial conversation was like with his employee and he said he wasn't there for the conversation. I told him if that was the case, I would have got my brakes/rotors done elsewhere.

My fault for going to Sears. Their fault for the terrible service.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $353.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Everything about my experience.
