On website states walk ins welcome..walked in so the rep would tell me i have to check ..
then coming back to say it will take 2:30 hours..
so i got an appointment for next day for me to come in next day getting the answer that my car model needs to have the oil filter ordered whick is going to take an extra hour..keeping in mind that i have provided make and model the day before while booking appointment.
