I've had enough of feeling like a red headed step child. No service, sorry, get out attitude from the guy at the desk for a check engine light.
So I left and had this issue resolved elsewhere. Few months later, made sure I had an appt. had the car taken in by tow truck, (had a flat and old tires). I had an appt this time and confirmation, but he insisted I didn't make an appt.
anyway in at Toyota of Louisville getting GOOD SERVICE.
Adios Sears. To the higher ups-if customer service reps are stressed to the point of being rude to people, you need to look at your business practices
