Went to Sears to buy tires and alignment. Told them we would make an appointment.
They called us and said they could do it quick. We drove over at 1215 and said it woukd take about an hour. After an hour we looked to see our truck still parked. Person inside said they had issues with another vehicle.
Still waited and it wasn't until quarter till 4 till we got finished. Then we noticed that some left grease prints on the light tan headliner of our truck. I feel they lied when they said someone cancelled just to get us back for a sale. No happy spending all afternoon waiting.
Having the person who worked in tire section keep apologizing about how long just pissed me of more. Their customer service is non existent.
