Sears Auto Center - Terrible

Been here since 8am, to get my right rear flat tire fix and all ohters rotated, still here. They have several costomers and 1 technician, also 1person working at the desk. The time now is 10:30 am. Sears auto center White Marsh Mall. This is not my first bad experience with this center. They always seem to be under staffed.

I called to inquire on the warranty on my vehicle's battery. The sales person was less than enthusiastic suggesting that generally it is 3 years. Well great answer but how about you access the system and look at my specific account! Placed on hold 3 times because she had no access to a computer. Great assistance store 6709 Plano.
