Sears Auto Center - Tire replacement
Bought road hazard only to pay for a new tire again since the tire can’t be repair. No need to buy road hazard or get any tires from Sears. It is no wonder you are going out of business. Last time I spend money at Sears. Thanks for the bad service, bad warranties, and bad road hazard.

Sears Auto Center - No wonder Sears is failing
I went into Sears Auto specifically to have a tire looked. I wanted nothing else as my car is under warranty and I use my dealer. They insist it’s company policy to do a diagnostic under the hood? For What? I refused and went to Town Fair Tire

Sears Auto Center - Helpful customer service
I paid for new tires and installment online but when I went in to the store, the rep convinced me that tire alignment and TPMS (?) kit were required and charged me an additional $180. Customer Service was very receptive and promised to get in touch with the store manager and fix the issue and make sure the rep was reprimanded.
