Went in for an oil change on Sunday 9/4/17. Northridge, CA location.

Very busy and took a long time just to get to the counter. Guy told me it would be 2 to 2.5 hours to get it done. Location is in a mall, so I didnt mind. I'll just hang around the mall.

1 hour later I get a call. Was told there was literally NO OIL in the car and they couldnt do the service. I would have to fill the oil, drive around for 2 days and come back to see if there was any engine damage. I have a 2010 Nissan.

Never had any problems. Probably 7K miles since last oil change (a little longer than recommended, I know). But NO OIL??? Wouldnt I have warning lights screaming at me?

Of course I would. I took the car, went to Jiffy Lube and got the oil change done. Service people never said a word about the oil being low. I told them the story and they laughed.

The car's oil level was fine. There was no problem. I am baffled how incompetent some people are.

I really believe they were just lazy and didnt want to do the work. Insane.

Preferred solution: I want nothing. You can solve the issue on your own..

Totally agree! Lazy, rude, and incompetent is just a start of their poor operation.
