No stores open to service vehicles which I paid a lifetime warranty on

I purchased a lifetime alignment on my two vehicles in a lifetime road hazard protection plan on all my tires and theres no store open to warranty that and to fix my equipment I have to go to another store like fire stone and pay them $30-$60 to do the same thing that I paid a warranty on how do you get in touch with Sears to find out what to do

Lifetime alignment package purchased and no shop to take to.

I got a lifetime alignment package with sears auto center and all your stores closed in my city. Las vegas. I cannot find my reciept but i bet you can find it in your computer. I dont even think i used the service one time. The closes shop to me is in california. I cant drive to cali with a misalignment. So what do i do. Can i get my money so i can get someplace else to do it?.

Worse service and rude behavior of staff

I ordered service through Amazon with tires, the service center staff mounted tires without verifying if it is right tires, they informed me after hours that tires can not be installed due to wrong size, then they striped the lug nuts of one tire, and one of the tire they were not even able to take it off. At the end I end up leaving my car with them for week while i ordered the right tires, Sears order the lug nuts which were wrong again so i have to wait another hour for them. Sears auto center staff informed me after 4 hours that they are unable to remove one of the tire, so I have to live with 3 tires mounted one i am carrying around in my trunk to get it mounted from other service center.

2 weeks ago my car wouldn't start, so after AAA started my car I went directly to Sears in Pasadena, CA to get a replacement battery (still under warranty). I was told it just needed a charge, so I wandered around the store for more than an hour while they charged the battery. This week I had to call AAA again and went directly to Sears and they said they didn't have my battery but to come in after 12PM on Friday. I called and they said to come after 2PM. When I did they said the battery didn't arrive and to come again next week. I don't think this is good business practice and I believe I should get better service from Sears.

I bought 4 tires last November and I payed around 800 dollars And I receive a discount of 75 dollars in credt card that was sent in January I didnt noticed the expiration date was 2 months later ..and all of this pandemia that we were living stores were closed etc ... I want to know if I can still use it or sent me another one .. I was trying to call the number in the card and say it is not available Thanks

You don't get what you pay for.

Store # 6798; I went in on 1/30/2020 at 10:10am and came out at 12:55pm, and they weren't busy!! Where it all started, about 6months ago I went to SEARS to get my brakes done. I did my research and asked around figured with all the positive feedback this would be a good place to get them done. When I left, it was worse than I went in. My brakes squeaked horribly. So I went back and asked why? they said "give it time it will go away" 3 months later they are still squeaking so I went back in again asked them to look at my brakes. The guy working the front counter(short, long red beard and glasses) said it's normal, it will go away and just give it time. So I did as requested and the only thing that happened from me giving it more time aka another 3 months is... IT SOUNDS EVEN WORSE!! I decided to go back in again. Which leads me in on 1/30/2020. When I went in asked to talk to the Manager(Brooke was on duty) I told her about what was going on with my car, and she stated: “it was normal, but she'll have someone look at it." The guy at the counter walked away. While I was talking to her, she was trying to get the same guy that was previously working the counter to assist me, but he was busily getting coffee. After waiting for him for 5min he finally came back. I said, “I just want to make sure when I paid to get my brakes done... you guys did it and did it correctly." Brooke stated, "if you came here to get it done then it was done". They put my car on the lift looked at it and took it down. The same guy working the counter said a mechanic told him: "the Roaders look fine so it is an easy fix just need to sand the dirt off the roaders." I said "okay," he said, "it will take one hour." MISTAKENLY I again agreed... Did it take an hour? NO! BUT AN HOUR AND 45MIN!! While I'm patiently sitting there, the employees are walking by me back and forth with no update. The worst part is while I was waiting (take in mind, it was not busy!) within that 1hr and 45min they didn't touch my car, they had me waiting in the lobby for nothing! The manager Brooke was outside smoking the entire time!! People with finished cars were leaving left and right, THAT CAME IN AFTER ME!! and again my car was not being touched. Finally, a mechanic walks by me and he said "Mija, your car is done... it's been done. Just go in and get your keys from the guy who was at the counter." So I walk in and to my surprise, THE SAME GUY who was previously working at the counter was BUSILY FLIRTING WITH A CUSTOMER!! They were looking at her phone giggling until he looked up at me and sees me standing there and says "oh hi, I'm sorry here are your keys have a good day!" ARE YOU KIDDING ME! I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR 1HR AND 45MIN FOR MY KEYS SO I COULD LEAVE AND ON A SERVICE THEIR COMPANY AND EMPLOYEES DID NOTHING ABOUT!! Fast forward to me driving off in my car... My breaks STILL squeak which again the same guy working the counter "promised after today I won't be having any issues" Thank goodness for the mechanic who told me my car was done, who knows how long I would have been waiting if he hadn't said anything. I strongly believe attitude reflects leadership and know I got treated this way because the service was free BUT the fact that I had to come back 4x and STILL nothing got fixed is not okay. I didn't create this issue, I went in looking for help. I feel I tried to make them accountable for the service I paid for so this was my treatment I got along with the result. RIDICULOUS AND DISAPPOINTING!

Well it all started about a month ago I took it to sears auto shop here in Key West, Florida for service on my white 06’ Chevy Trailblazer.. There was a strange grinding sound coming from underneath the truck like metal on metal sears told me they would look at it and determine a problem so I left the truck with them and within an hour we came back and my wife and I were told by the manager in charge that from the look of thing it’s gonna cost up to $1,100 to fix the problem or I could go to nearest Auto Parts store and get the parts it would be cheaper and just pay for labor which we agreed on at $300.00 (no paperwork), so I ordered parts with auto zone waited patiently 2 days for parts to come in, went back to sears auto center with $565.00 in parts which were tire rods, tire hubs, upper control arms front left/right side which I have paperwork for. I also told them maybe they could put on some custom rims and tires I had on the truck, Sears auto (mgr) said ok we’ll jump right on it. We waited two days then we called them and they told us it should be ready by 5pm. My wife, 9yr old daughter and I walked to sears to pick up the truck and it was still raised on the jack not completed. The (mgr) walked me through the shop and to my truck and showed my a few problems why the truck wasn’t finished like a stripped ball bearing on the left driver side and a lower control arm left/right side also weren’t able to mount on the custom tires because I needed special adapters for them. So I told them that maybe they can fix the parts we got and that I would order the rest, (mgr) agreed again (no paperwork) as in I was never put in the computer or I was never plugged into the system as a customer which my wife and I feel like they making money on the side with our hard earned money. Following day we returned truck was still on the hydraulic jack and we were told to come back later on at 8pm Friday night to pick up the truck that it would be ready. 8pm was approaching we rode our bikes to Sears to pick up the truck and (mgr) told us to come back first thing in the morning and it will be ready so my wife said give him the $300.00 so that he can finish up quicker and plus a deal is a deal. Still no paperwork saying I paid him for the labor or that he put me in the computer saying he did the work on the Chevy Trailblazer. Saturday morning wants to sears to pick up the truck and an employee told us that he did us a favor and did an alignment on our truck and that the truck runs like a champ. Following day I went to auto zone again to order the other parts for the truck which were the lower front control arms right/left and a set of ball bearings another $400.00 in parts coming in, in a few days. The 3rd day of being out the shop we started to hear another weird noise coming from underneath the truck, the tires sounded like they were going to fall off. My wife, daughter and I were in the truck and noticed that both tires on the front side are completely bald patches here and there as the pictures show. Almost had an accident on the road in the rain, speechless it’s a liability.. The same day we all went back to Sears and showed them what’s wrong with the truck and they said that they would fix the problem for $300.00 more which is insane knowing that I paid for all four tires back in April 2019 new $1000.00. So now with all that said which is the truth on my behalf we come to last Thursday night I dropped off the truck to Sears automotive center with all the parts in the truck the (mgr) Paul said it should be ready on Friday and again same thing happened, the truck hasn’t been moved since I parked it in the parking lot. And now a week has passed and still nothing.. Enough is enough!!! Tomorrow is Friday September 27, 2019 I will go pick up my truck and take it somewhere else.

Not doing work but still charged me

Just to update from my previous review in March regarding the oil change on my Hyundai Elantra, come to find out now I still have 2000 miles left before the next oil change. My car engine is now knocking and another repair shop inspected the dipstick and told me it's almost bone dry! 1000 miles since last oil change??? Come to find out, Sears is known for not completing work. My car hadn't had oil in closer to 5000 miles since Sears *** around
