On Aug. 24,2013 I purchased 2 p225/75r16 tires from the Casper, Wyoming Sears store. I had no trouble or warning lights afterward. I have a long list of complaints with the Sears Auto as Ross Park Mall. Me and my husband have now lost 2 cars to their "coincidences" . I took my 2004 Cavalier to sears in June of 2013 to get a simple oil change... that is when the issues started. Sears MENTOR OHIO charged me nearly $2,000 for work to the front end, the car is left with a loud humming noise and a terrible vibration throughout the vehicle. I had purchased a 3 year wheel alignment for my car when i purchased a tire and paid for both the service and shop fees associated with the services. Sears does not keep your warranty info on file for longer than 90 days if you buy a battery at one of their hardware outlets. I just took a 3 year old Die-Hard Gold dead battery in for replacement/proration, and the clerk acted like I stole it (Chicago Ridge store). I bought BF Goodrich tires and only have 10,000 miles on them and they are refusing to honor my warrenty because they state the tires I bought do not specify the miles they are supposed to last. Sears should specify this information when they sell you something if BF Goodrich does not specify this. Add comment
