ON AUGUST 1,2014 I purchased three bottles of Honda 5w20 and two bottles of Honda Transmission Oil from the Honda dealership and drove my 2003 Honda Civic LX to Sears at 50 Mall Drive in Jersey City. I gave my keys to the service desk to change my radiator coolant,the engine oil and the transmission oil. I was even charged an additional 15.25$ for having bottled oil. Went with online confirmation and having prepaid online to get my new tires. They couldn't find them. Asked them to check my breaks. Was told the front ones needed changed. Changed my front ones. Turned out it was actually the back ones plus the rotors that needed change. They obviously didn't check them. Terrible experience. We would never use them again. Add comment

So I was doing my own oil change after I bought my 2008 suzuki and found that they over tighten the bolt which caused it to snap I called Sears because for the past 65000 miles they had done the oil changes so I spoke to them and stated my problem they then went on to say that if it was their fault they would fix and cover the cost of my tow up to the store when I got there they inspected the oil... The sears in Braintree ma told me 1 hour to fix my tire. They kept me waiting for two hours, just to tell me they couldn't fix it and would have to be replaced. When I first walked in I asked for a new tire.... This is unacceptable and I wasted two hours of my time and didn't get my tire serviced. Add comment

I've been sitting in the waiting area for over 2 hours for a battery cable!! This is crazy! Never will I return here! Add comment

I have had nothing but bad experiences with Sears auto centers in the Richmond, VA area, over the last 10 years. I scheduled an appointment for a transmission flush only to wait an hour to be told they don't have any trans fluid. I've had tires installed and was charged extra for chrome valve stem caps and covers that I did not authorize. They take my cellphone number but never call when the... Read more

What a Terrible NIGHTMARE we had with SEARS AUTO store #6027 in ROSS PARK MALL and how SEARS has handled it. Woke up Monday 6/9 with a dead battery. Got it jumped and took it straight to the Sears in Westminster California. They tested it and said my battery was bad. So I had them go ahead and put in a new battery. Of course they said I also needed an alignment and brakes as well as coolant flush. My brakes were acting up so I figured it was true. Don't ever go to Sears auto Center in Carson! They are severely understaffed and the service is terrible. I've waited for over 30 minutes in line just to drop my car off . Only two employees are there to service he whole store while customers stand there fuming. Why is this place still open? Add comment
