I made an appointment in advance. Time of my appointment was 4pm. When I come I was told to come at 5pm. I come back . Clerk told me to wait until 7pm. Because service require two hours it can't be done today. Position of clerk was " Time of appointment doesn't guaranty that service will be done at all". My car smelled strongly of gasoline, so I took it to Sears Automotive for 1) Closeness to my home (next door), and 2) Operating Hours (open Saturdays). They replaced the fuel line and when I went to pick it up , they told me they needed to keep it to replace the fuel pump. They had it one week. Months later more horrible fuel smell. 2 and half hours to rotate and balance tire plus waited 17 min in line to check out and it was appointment job! No one acknowledged me or others in line cadre less staff yet awesome manager. Not a good place to take your car I guess. I hope I get a call with explanation. I went to take a Sears Diehard Gold after 4 months. We had to charge and it wouldn't hold a charge. They told us it would be 45 minutes to test the battery. The battery will not hold a charge. You can charge it and it will die after it sits a day or 2. They would not replace the battery and it does me no good if its going to keep dying. All they care about is going home on time not the customer or service! I am 6 months pregnant with a low tire and was told to come back tomorrow because they close at 5, it was 4:20!!! Add comment

Purchased 4 new tires over the weekend. The service guys were very friendly and helpful; I really appreciated that! Unfortunately I found a warranty charge that was not discussed. I called the Assistant Manager, DJ to address the issue. Oil changed appointment at 3:30pm at Sears Rockford,CherryVale,Went there on time . Check in. Being told Van will be ready in 45 mins. Went there after 5pm, Van still sitting outside same spot when I parked it. Went inside store, they told me, it's not done yet. Reason, they so busy. There only 2 vehicle inside work shop. I have come to this location on times and when I do. One they can't find my name in the system. The manager is Tina and when I ask how do they keep track of what has been done to my car if they can't find my information, then she tells me the best thing for me to do is to keep all my receipts I think this is very unprofessional and this has happened on to many accounts. So today, January 2, 2015 I brought my car in at 12:06pm for a simple oil change. When I first arrived at the auto center they stated they were short staffed, I really did not want to wait but I agreed to wait.
