Purchased 4 new tires over the weekend. The service guys were very friendly and helpful; I really appreciated that! Unfortunately I found a warranty charge that was not discussed. Oil changed appointment at 3:30pm at Sears Rockford,CherryVale,Went there on time . Check in. Being told Van will be ready in 45 mins. Went there after 5pm, Van still sitting outside same spot when I parked it. Went inside store, they told me, it's not done yet. Reason, they so busy. There only 2 vehicle inside work shop. I have come to this location on times and when I do. One they can't find my name in the system. The manager is Tina and when I ask how do they keep track of what has been done to my car if they can't find my information, then she tells me the best thing for me to do is to keep all my receipts I think this is very unprofessional and this has happened on to many accounts. So today, January 2, 2015 I brought my car in at 12:06pm for a simple oil change. When I first arrived at the auto center they stated they were short staffed, I really did not want to wait but I agreed to wait. Shame on you! Bought a Die Hard battery and it died 3 days before the 2 year warranty expired. Called Sears and was told it would be replaced for free.
