i had an issue with sears corporate customer service i emailed w bruce johnston. from sears. the excutive customer service agent was a tool. Her name was candice and she makes promises she cant keep and sides with the store. Sears Auto Repair in Jersey City, NJ (Newport Mall) is a rip off joint. They do not honor their own warranteed parts and they lie and tell you that parts are bad and need to be replaced when they do not. Or, they lie and tell you they're good if they are Sears parts and have to be replaced for free because they are warnteed for life. I brought my car in for a check engine light and they gave me...
